Will American customers pay Tariffs on your products?

No, our products are wholly made in Canada and are CUSMA compliant. American customers will not be paying Tariffs for our products. All items are also shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). So if there is any additional cost we will cover it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It generally takes 3 - 5 days to create your order, and depending on your location 8 - 10 business days in the mail (for Canada or US). We ship from the East Coast of Canada, using Canada Post, UPS or ChitChats. Tracking number for your order will be provided.
Will I see my custom eyeglass stand before it is shipped?
Absolutely! We would never send anything without your approval, we will communicate with you and make any required changes to ensure you are completely happy with your order.

We only sell on two platforms, Etsy (https://www.etsy.com/shop/roguebunnywoodworks/), and this website (https://roguebunnywood.com/).
All of our products are designed by us, created using traditional woodworking tools and premium woods, then hand-painted.
There are many scam sites using our images to scam their customers. If you come across any of these sites, please let us know.
If you have been scammed by one if these sites, please contact the payment processor you used (i.e. PayPal for a refund immediately).
